Help! I need to lose weight and I want to lose it FAST!! Have you ever felt this, thought this, or is this currently you?! Why is it so hard? This is the madness of being stuck on the merry-go-round, walled with locked doors and you can’t find the key to unlock it and get out!

If you’re not happy and unhealthy to some degree because you’re overweight, then yes it’s healthy both physically and mentally. If you do it super fast is that healthy? This is also subjective.
