Starting a new training regime can often be daunting or confusing and subsequently we tend to put it off. Getting started and seeing success starts with breaking bad habits. Make a plan to change one bad habit and implement one good change each week. Write a list and refer to it daily and stay accountable to your checklist. This will bring about immediate change and set you on the path to believing its possible and eradicate the one doubt that stopped you from starting earlier!
